Terms & Conditions

All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable.

The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings may be necessary. 

Only one voucher to be used per booking.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Limited edition and special offer vouchers cannot be used against wedding bookings. Please speak with a member of our team to check if this applies to your voucher. 

Special offer vouchers purchased in November must be redeemed between 2nd January 2025 and 31st March 2025 

Prior booking is essential, subject to availability and cannot be redeemed against a Christmas Day, New Year's Eve or Mothering Sunday booking.
